How we can help
Care Services
We want to make anyone in our care
feel as comfortable as we can.
We’re here to help
We offer an hourly in-home care service for anyone who needs daily assistance. Whether it’s help with dementia care, a lift while recovering from ill health, or support with disability, our experienced and supportive staff are here to help.

We know that continuity plays an important role in the wellbeing of our clients, by having a small team of carer workers will help with developing strong relationships, building familiarity and essential trust. Equally, the establishment of routines can significantly contribute to the quality of life, all in the familiar and comfortable environment of their own homes.

Dementia Care
Our extremely experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of assistance and support to both our clients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
Our knowledge and approach to dementia care means you can feel confident in our ability to care for your loved one. We can ensure a healthy diet is taken, assist with stimulating activities, and help with some appropriate exercise, as well as providing essential companionship.
Research has shown that care at home can have a positive impact on stabilising the most common dementia symptoms, improving the lives of the people with dementia and for their families.

Companionship
We consider companionship as a vital part of our service and are keen to encourage social activity within the community with regularly organised events and visits.
Companionship will ensure you have someone to socialise with, it can help you or your loved one to remain active, and can encourage the participation in activities both at home and within the community.
It can also allow families peace of mind and the opportunity to take a rest from caring.

Post-Surgical Assistance
Recovering at home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Our compassionate caregivers can assist you with a healthy and complete recovery.
Whether it’s a convalescence from a serious illness or accident, or a relatively minor operation, we are available to provide support. Working together with other health care professionals we can help create an environment that facilitates any immediate needs. The promotion of new routines and behaviours that may be required such as taking medication, a changing diet, or the use of new equipment, can all be established and in doing so, providing a sense of reassurance, comfort, and wellbeing.

Physical Disabilty Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the circumstances that prevent service users from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating and exercising.
Support when you’re finding day-to-day tasks challenging can be essential to quality of life. We can offer you as much or as little help as you feel you need, fitting around your daily routine with flexibility, supporting you while you remain in your own home.
Services may include household chores such as cleaning, laundry and vacuuming, shopping and running errands, to cooking meals and personal care. You may also need help with physical assistance and personal care, such as washing and dressing, and continence care, where we can help with using the toilet, and changing pads or catheters.
